Please carefully review your order, including lengths, textures, lace selections, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you believe you have received a product with a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@extnsns.com with photos and videos for review.

Orders flagged as fraudulent or high-risk may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
